Our journey began in California’s Inland Empire, where we met as students at California State University, San Bernardino. From day one, we shared a commitment to building stronger communities through strategy, equity, and public service.
That partnership became the foundation for over two decades of work in community development, economic planning, and social impact leadership.
What started as grassroots organizing evolved into a full-service firm with national reach. We’ve developed economic strategies, led youth and workforce programs, secured federal grants, and helped implement transformational initiatives across cities and neighborhoods.
Whether revitalizing historic corridors or equipping the next generation for the future of work, our focus remains the same: align people, land, and capital to unlock community wealth.
