Jackson Street Alliance (JSA) is a community-led initiative focused on reactivating Jackson Avenue in the Historic Westside of Las Vegas. With a vision rooted in cultural preservation, economic mobility, and strategic land use, JSA works to unify local stakeholders and develop a revitalization blueprint that serves residents and businesses alike.

Origin Story

Valentine Strategies was invited to bring structure, strategy, and narrative cohesion to the initiative. What began as a series of informal conversations evolved into a formal campaign to secure stakeholder buy-in, build public-facing assets, and align the work with city-level momentum. The groundwork for Jackson Street Alliance became a model for community-rooted redevelopment.
